The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) hereby advises that subject armor units with the serial numbers identified below have been permanently removed from the NIJ Compliant Products List due to unresolved safety concerns.

Any armor with the serial numbers identified should be replaced as soon as possible. These armors have been identified by the manufacturer as being constructed smaller than the minimum size tested and authorized for this model by the NIJ in compliance with NIJ Standard-0101.06.
NIJ encourages law enforcement and corrections officers to continue to wear their body armor until it is replaced. Wearing untested armor is better than not wearing any armor.
